Responsibilities

CNC Machine Operator

ABS is actively seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as CNC Machine Operators at our Syracuse manufacturing facility. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but no experience is required. We provide hands-on training and will teach the skills needed to succeed.

We're looking for team members with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to producing high-quality equipment in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Assembly Technician

Location: Marathon, NY

Automated Biomass Systems is looking for Assembly Technicians to join our Marathon crew. Come build with us!

Previous assembly or mechanical experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary—we'll train the right people!

We're looking for hard-working, reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn new skills and take pride in their work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
  • Use precision measurement tools
  • Install electrical, motor, and hydraulic components
  • Perform final assembly of equipment according to engineering specifications
  • Test completed machines and identify potential defects or issues
  • Maintain, inspect, and clean tools and equipment as needed
  • Safely lift and move approximately 50 pounds independently; heavier items may be moved with assistance
