General Laborer

Responsibilities
- Analyze specifications, drawings, and production requirements
- Inspect machined parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and finished products
- Operate and work safely with a variety of power tools and manufacturing equipment
- Inspect, maintain, and clean machinery, tools, and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized production environment

CNC Machine Operator
Location: Syracuse, NY
ABS is actively seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as CNC Machine Operators at our Syracuse manufacturing facility. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but no experience is required. We provide hands-on training and will teach the skills needed to succeed.
We're looking for team members with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to producing high-quality equipment in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Requirements

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently, or heavier materials with assistance

Assembly Technician
Location: Marathon, NY
Automated Biomass Systems is looking for Assembly Technicians to join our Marathon crew. Come build with us!
Previous assembly or mechanical experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary—we'll train the right people!
We're looking for hard-working, reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn new skills and take pride in their work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Use precision measurement tools
- Install electrical, motor, and hydraulic components
- Perform final assembly of equipment according to engineering specifications
- Test completed machines and identify potential defects or issues
- Maintain, inspect, and clean tools and equipment as needed
- Safely lift and move approximately 50 pounds independently; heavier items may be moved with assistance
